Engine overhaul kit for DAF

The engine overhaul kit, identified by part number 90112960, provides the necessary internal components for the major repair or reconstruction of DAF engines. This kit typically includes pistons, piston rings, cylinder liners, connecting rod bearings, main bearings, and a full set of gaskets and seals required for a complete assembly. By replacing these internal parts, the kit facilitates the restoration of engine compression and operational efficiency to the original specifications of the DAF engine. The components are selected to work together within the engine block to maintain proper internal clearances and sealing.

This kit is compatible with various DAF engine configurations. It is intended for use during comprehensive maintenance procedures where internal wear requires the replacement of critical moving parts to ensure the engine operates within its design parameters. The inclusion of gaskets and seals ensures that all joints and mating surfaces are properly sealed upon reassembly, preventing fluid leaks and maintaining the integrity of the combustion chamber and lubrication systems.
