Block heater for Terex PT100G

The 0201-745 block heater is a component used to warm the engine coolant in the Terex PT100G compact track loader. By heating the coolant, the unit transfers thermal energy to the engine block and lubricating oil, which assists in cold weather starting procedures. This component is compatible with Caterpillar 3054C and 3054T engine configurations often utilized in this machinery.

This resistive heating element is installed into the engine block or the cooling system circuit and connects to an external power source. By raising the temperature of the engine fluids before the ignition sequence, the heater helps maintain proper oil viscosity and reduces the electrical load on the battery and starter motor during the initial startup phase in cold environments.
