Cylinder liner for DAF 825DH

The cylinder liner with part number 60388580 is a component for the DAF 825DH engine, which is utilized in various cranes and heavy machinery. This cylindrical part is installed within the engine block to provide the working surface for the piston, separating the piston assembly from the engine block structure. By housing the piston, it facilitates the compression necessary for engine combustion and assists in transferring heat from the combustion chamber to the engine cooling system.

This component is compatible with the DAF 825DH engine model. Cylinder liners serve as the primary wear surface in an engine, allowing for the movement of the piston while maintaining the seal required to contain combustion gases. Proper installation ensures that the piston maintains a controlled sliding motion, which is necessary for the efficient operation of the engine assembly.
